The only two advantages are free breakfast and decent sea view rooms, but other than that, there are no advantages. The hot water is often not hot enough. I stayed in this hotel twice. The room was big and clean. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from the window and the sunset from the front terrace. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. I am very grateful to the handsome guy and beautiful girl at the front desk for helping me copy and print documents, so that I could successfully get a visa for Guatemala.
